Safe Accountability For Strategic Growth

Most people who want coaching feel like they’re stuck or failing to make progress in some way. I co-create a growth plan with each client that they feel excited to be accountable to, and create a safe environment where they can share without being judged.

Holistic Life Skills Focus

In addition to helping clients make a Growth Plan, I also help them develop holistic life skills centered around receiving more social support. I wrote a whole book about this and send a free copy to each client! You can check it out below, although it currently misgenders me which is a smidge embarrassing!!

  • How do I know I can trust you? :)

    Here's how we can both know - we will have a call to see how we match, and then I will give you a free, life-changing coaching session. That's two trust-building touchpoints for us before we decide if it's going to be amazing to work together, and before you have to pay a cent.

  • With my specific HELP method, you can expect to quickly and drastically increase:

    • The number of supportive people in your life.

    • The number of self-care coping skills you can use when you are stressed.

    • The number of things you are doing in your life that actually feel aligned with your purpose.

    • As you increase these things, you may observe that money, relationships, health, and other things are going much better!

    • LGBTQIA+ Life Stressors and managing them. As a person in transition, I live the direct experience of facing discrimination and learning to deal with it.

    • Personal Finance. I teach every client how to organize their budget in a simple online software so that they have an exact picture of their finances at all times. I do this and am happy to directly show you how it works!

    • Finding Friends and Support. I will help you find a support group for whatever challenge you face. (After all, I wrote the book on it).

    • Finding Your Purpose. I've been writing about finding my purpose in life since 2016, and have just recently started (it's a journey!) to land on it. I work clients through a variety of tools, including Myers Briggs typing and the Design Your Life workbook.

    • Career Change. After starting my career as a computer programmer, I switched to become an author, life coach, art salesperson, and housewife. In addition, I learned a lot about career transition when I switched programming jobs in the late 2010s, so I am qualified to help professionals who want to stay in the workforce find a better job.

    • Helping Handmade or Product Based Business Owners. As I run an art business with over 1,000 sales on Etsy, I am qualified to help people who are looking to start or grow a handmade business. Due to my coaching and technology/finance backgrounds, I sometimes coach independent artists or makers who have much larger businesses than I do on their financial systems and life goals.

    • Direct Energy Supply. Ok, so part of coaching is technical skills and part is listening and asking questions. But I also work very, very hard on my personal energy, so when you meet with me, it will be like meeting with a battery that charges you up. I call it "direct energy supply." If you're curious about what that means, just imagine spending an hour with a really nice golden retriever. That's what it's like. Try me and see if you don't feel it :).

  • Every engagement is custom and priced differently to meet your needs. I have people who pay more to meet face to face weekly, and I have people who want email accountability with my coaching worksheets and pay a small monthly fee.

    If you're willing to do the work I'm willing to make a custom plan that works for you.

  • I'm extremely flexible in this regard. Historically, I've simply done one session at a time, but as clients ask for more accountability over time, I am developing 3, 6, and 12-month packages. Ask me about it!

  • Call me at 859-314-3828 and we'll set up your free, life-changing coaching session (2 hrs).

    After that, session lengths are variable based on the package, but you must be willing to do pre-work, then show up fully for a free 2-hour session in order to work with me.
